- English Support: The experience is generally conducted in Japanese. If you would like to participate in English, our Concierge can arrange a guide, or you may use a translation tool.
- If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know when making your reservation. We will accommodate them wherever possible.
- No special items are required.

Cancellation Policy
- 7–2 days prior 30% of the experience fee
- 1 day prior: 40% of the experience fee
- Same day: 50% of the experience fee
- No-show without notice: 100% of the experience fee
