At InterContinental Sapporo’s Norva Lounge & bar, guests can enjoy Nikka Highball Paradise, an interactive experience created in collaboration with Nikka Whisky that invites you to craft a highball to your own taste.

Choose from a selection of whiskies, mixers, flavours and garnishes to create your own signature drink. The Standard Plan offers more than 4,000 possible combinations, while the Premium Plan expands the possibilities to over 6,000, allowing you to explore different flavours and discover a highball that is uniquely yours. If you’re not sure where to start, you can also leave the selection to our bartender and enjoy a personalised creation.

For guests who prefer not to drink alcohol, the Non-Alcoholic Plan offers the same experience of choosing and creating, with more than 1,500 possible combinations.

As Sapporo’s skyline transitions from the soft glow of sunset to a sparkling panorama of city lights, take your time experimenting with different combinations and discover your own “best pour.”
